I've been trying to add a new push but keep getting a red box "failed to retrieve article details, please try more generic keywords or contact admin".

Also can't download the excel file from my last push. Rather,I can download it but it's empty.

Any ideas?

Just signed up again for a 20 a month package. I quit last time as i was having alot of problems with my reports and it was never followed up on.

But as this service now is throwing juice at the links themselves it saves me having to get the links and do it so the reposts are not so much of an issue as long as they are there.

One question though, i have 20 pushes, it has them starting every 2 days.
2x20 is 40 days. That does not quiet fit into a month:p

Can you explain what i would have to do to get them all started in a month?

But for now can you start them all? User = cookie1979

I just had to change the package for you... we got your curentl LPs set up for you.

That should be resolved soon as we are tweaking the system to make the process a bit better by adding in more sources to scrape articles from.

Guys I tried to contact you at the site about some issues but no reply yet. When I try to d/l my spreadsheet from my pushes i did, it downloads as an empty excel file. columns are there but no data.
Second issue is I tried twice yesterday to do a new push and kept getting an error (see post above by me and other users). Now today I came back to try again and this time I successfully got the push to go but when the screen refreshed it now shows todays push and the two failed ones yesterday are now also in queue so in essence I have 3 pushes going out to the same page and kw on my site.

Can you get the two from yesterday removed and credited back to my account?

I've asked Kevin to see why you are not seeing any data in your excel file as that is above my pay grade... he'll sort that out for you and I'll take care of the 2 from yesterday that were entered that you want removed... actually, I'll credit you 2 free ones and you can keep the ones that you have as a sorry for the hassle kind of thing.

We are adding in another source to pull articles from and some of the testing is causing the "failed to retrieve articles" error message. The additional source should make the process to enter LPs quicker and we are also going to look at adding in a DB of about 500,000 PLR articles to use which will also make things quicker and more unique.

Your best bet is to hit my personal email directly - [email protected] if you do not get a timely response as the contact form in WP does not always do it's job... I have a buddy with a similar situation with a contact form on his WP site that he wrestles with on a regular basis.

Already set to run today for you... got your PM a bit back... had a bunch of them and was running through them as I had a bit of a problem logging in to BHW the past couple of days and they had piled up on me.

Shame to hear that there are still problems with the reports - is there an ETA for a fix on these at the moment?

If you were a client would you want the reporting perfect or would you rather we improve what we are offering in terms of backlinking?
