Great guide here. Keyword research can be tough if you're a noob and have no idea what your doing. Rep given.

Once I do my keyword research..what next shall I do?

Write article's that are on page optimized... (written a guide on that too).

Then start to promote your site, buy links from fiverr or the BHW sales section.:naughty:

Can you please give me the guide aswell ? :)

Great tutorial it really cleared some stuff up for me. My question is do I look at the monthly and global searches ? Should I go into the advance option on google keyword and set up monthly searches to like 3k and global to 15k ?

here's and example i typed in windows temperature monitor in quotes and google showed 12k results.

After that I did the inurl and intitle one showed about 70 results the other 50 and both combined was 20 results.

But on the google keyword tool, it shows this keyword only gets 320 global monthly searches and 140 local monthly searches. Thats bad isint it ? I need more searches correct ? Thats the only thing Im confused about. If anyone can clear that up for me Id appreciate it.

You should look at keywords with at least 100 exact searches to start with.

So the keyword you found, is perfectly find to start with, and when you get more experienced you can go after keywords that have more exact searches and more competition if you dare :)

No need to go to advanced settings of google.

Never done it. And did you mean Local searches and Global searches?

IF you are going after a certain market say for example the spanish market, then you should only look at local, where as if you are after a more general keyword that is english you can look at global especially if you are building a Adsense site. Where as if you are building a CPA site you might want to look at local results coz the CPA offers normally just want UK/US/AU/CA traffic.

Ahh ok, Now is it possible to make about 300 dollars a month with the low amount of searches a keyword gets ? Im new, so I am still trying to grasp as to what I need to look for in order to start a website. Also, if you could help me out say i stick with the windows temperature monitor keyword. Whats the next step? Get a domain with windowstemperaturemonitor ?

Lastly in my articles I have to use other keywords as well correct ? Such as Cpu temperature monitor or Computer temperature ? This will draw more traffic using those keywords. Is that how it works ?

Young grass hopper ..... use the search button. Im not here to hold your hand guide you through your progress, if you want to learn read, test fail.

Wax on, Wax off.

Hello IamNRE. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

May I assume that most companies who advertise in Adwords using copy written in English target to worldwide traffic?
(So they pay for every click, no matter which countries those clicks come from.)

If "YES": Have you noticed big difference (in terms of $/click) whether your clicks come from US/UK/AU/CA or from countries in the EUROPEAN UNION where English is a second language if at all? What about EMERGING markets (Brazil, Russia, India, China...)?

I ask because I plan to build a lot of microniche sites (solely for Adsense) and need to know if publishing about global topics is the way for "Adsense in English", rather than USA-related ones.

-----------------
On the other hand, I am aware of that limit you noted on many CPA offers: just for UK/US/AU/CA traffic. How do you manage this when researching keywords for CPA? Set UK, then search at local; switch to US, then search at local; switch to etc. and add up all?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks IamNRE, I am still searching and trying to find good info on here as I know I cant ask for everything.

I think I will start with clickbank to get a feel for online biz.

A lot of threads that I find say the same things to others to use the search button. Kinda hard to find something valuable when all I see is use the search on most threads.

Of course the main tutorials are really good and have helped me out a great deal. Guess its time to hit the search button again.

Really good sales pitch for TT you got to give to get.

BTW, does anyone know of a windows shortcut so that you can just highlight the keyword in google search bar and put auto quotes around it? I'm sick of using home and end to put the quotes in.

I can not say what people do with their adwords campaign, I have not even done adwords campaign successfully, but I have a feeling they target certain countries.

If you have a local business in US selling shirt, why would you bother promoting to people in China or Asia for example where the shirts can be bought much cheaper.

But really, your question is one that you can only get from testing.

Make 2 sites, one targeting US local traffic, and one where you are targeting world wide traffic and see the results.

I think I spent the first month on BHW just reading thread after thread, from A to Z, 10-16 hours Every Day! Reading successes stories and taking notes. After that I picked a few niches that I wanted to explore in more details, so I started downloading all the ebooks I could find on that niche i.e Adsense blue print or something and SEO.

Then I read some more then I took action and failed for a long time and I would read more and do more testing and learn, and I would pick various things and add to them from other methods and come up with new methods and thats where I have found to be at my strongest!

So really, stop asking questions, read for 1 month, then read some more, then when your done reading, take action, and read more! THEN ask questions, instead of expecting people that have done the hard work to give you the answers. That is why people say....Use the search button, coz in most case the answer has been answered and people get tired of feeding lazy folks.

Not sure there is one, might have someone code one for you from fiverr.com if you can find a good coder.

ok, well im not lazy I was reading about online marketing long before i came across this forum. Im very happy I did because I am learning alot more from these tutorials. Im not asking you to tell me how you make money, but i just need the basic knowledge. Think about it, Why should i fail when you can give me tips that your learned from your mistakes. Does that mean i will succeed ? No. Now think again say I know how to use a saw and I know how to hold it the right way because i cut into my finger the first time. Am i gona not tell the new guy and wait until he learns from his mistake " cutting his finger" Thats dumb. Thats what you pretty much stated, that I have to learn and read everything before I ask questions. What if the stuff i read is not correct and theres new ways to do it. You could save me time by telling me but you wont. Cause thats the kind of guy you are I guess.

Anyway thanks for the tutorial it did give me a good basic idea of how keywords work.

Like I said, all the info you need has been shared, you asking me direct these simple questions tells me that you have not researched as well as you may think you have.

Also the saw thesis is a whole different thing, cause you will lose your finger, if you fail at IM you will not lose your fingers, you will lose some inches of your e-penis nothing else. You can live with it.

Honestly stop depending on people to give you tips and advice to cut corners, go and do your own research. Everything you need has already been shared.

Im not into feeding someone specifically, but I would gladly give someone a little help and point them in the right direction. If you don't like my style, find someone else that will be what you want them to be.

:itsme: :bye:

You just said you can offer a little help I only asked once i get my keyword do i set up a domain using my keyword. I thought a forum is to get help from other people. But alright man not gonna ask you anything else as your stingy.
