Just fyi, I'm assuming with linkpushings help plus my other seo efforts, I'm (knock on wood) seeing some great results in the serps. Got to #1 for my EMD and am seeing great serps for other keywords. Many in the top 2-3 pages and climbing.

Considering the large number of global and local searches though, I'm kind of surprised at how few adsense page impressions I'm getting as well as how few uniques my cpanel stats show. Any thoughts on that?

For example, if there are 18,000 local searches monthly, is it safe to assume that on average there would be 600/day? And there would x% of that who would click on my site and another x% who would actually click an ad?

Regardless, I'm very happy with the backlink results from you guys.

That's the part I don't understand. My EMD is a phrase that has over 18,000 searches locally per month. I am at #1 and ZERO clicks and very few visits for that matter.

That doesn't mean a thing... you do know that the google tool and any other keyword search tool is literally telling you complete lies.

Why?

Googles stats on how many searxches a keyword gets only tells you last years results.

So say dog training got 15k searches locally a month and this is being reported at google keyword tool.

Being number one now, you might get 20k searches a month, there is not a accurate tool for keyword research. Yes i use all the keyword research tools but the figure they are telling you are last years results.

Google work out the searches per month like the following :

Over 12 months one search term recieved 12k searches for the full year. Google then split it up as if to say it's recieved 1k searches a month.

This is totally untrue as you might have had those 12k searches in december month alone. but still google reports that it's getting 1k searches a month.

Thats how the google keyword tool works.

There are 92 pages of feedback and questions/answers from hundreds of users, posted on a daily basis - and you're thinking it's a bunch of BS? Wow.

Is there a problem with the backend right now? I am getting a red "Failed to retrieve articles, please try more generic keywords" error. I have tried about a 100 keywords now, even ones that worked for previous pushes.

Is something still going on with the site? It's usually pretty slow for me, but today it's REALLY slow. I'm trying to View Submits and it just keeps saying "waiting for linkpushing.net"
I closed the browser and restarted and same thing is happening.

All my sites are niche sites and they are my primary source of income.

No not at all! all i'm saying is Googles keyword tool data is the data from last years records as in 2010... once january pops up in 2012, you'll start to see different data! as the records would be 2011, it's how google keyword has always worked.

By the way... i have over 100+ niche sites so google keyword is not a waste of time. Just pointing it out, that it's not entirely accurate when people complain about a keyword that gets 18k searches but ranked number one with no visitors etc...
