Ummm, let's get something straight. Sending out mass emails to a non-opt-in list is NOT illegal. CAN-SPAM only requires the ability to opt-out to be compliant.
It really pisses me off that people think sending out spam is illegal. It's not illegal, just frowned upon.

What is illegal is doing a pump and dumb operation with mass mailing. So please read the thread again, cause you have no idea what you are talking about. You probably dont even know whats going on and you seem talk out of your ass.

I don't think you can trust anything in here anymore. The stars don't mean shit, the accolades don't mean shit anymore. Anyone at anytime can turn out to be a scammer. People come in here because they think they might be able to trust people in here for help. So they get suckered in only to be scammed. It has gotten worse, how my J-Vp's have been banned lately because of scamming people in here?
Not everyone in her is a scammer, but how do you know who is anymore.

take this BK071 guy who posted in this thread - I bought his service and asked for a refund - because it was terrible (before the work got started really) --- so he just negative reps me - and there is nothing I can do it about it.
Toyo could have just refunded the money if it was causing a problem for him but no - he just blocks the guy.
The forum needs a better way for disputes to be sorted to be honest.... anyway thats just my opinion.

After reading this thread and coming back and forth all day it's pretty obvious what happened.
OP Paid for mailing for penny stock/pump and dump.
Toyo started the job, seen a lot of his bots proxies were getting blacklisted, and stopped before he blacklisted all of the IP's. Then apparently blocked OP on skype.
This is where the problems started. They should have worked out some kind of deal for the ones that did inbox, for the ones sent, and there should have been some kind of refund back to OP. It shouldn't have got to this point and it's sad it came to the forum here.
Toyo had ample time to reply and explain his side, as he posted twice. Instead of explaining he just said remove his info from the first post. That just does not look good at all. I'm really not trying to judge but man, you made you bed, now it's time to lay in it. :jester:

Yeah, it can be tough to keep up when threads start growing like this.
The fact of the matter is, They should be both banned for blatant illegal activity. It's not what we stand for here and it's not allowed to be done anyways.
You will never see me give more than $1,000 to any member upfront that isn't a Mod.

dont know what to think about this tbh, i speak with toyo sometimes and I know he operates on a very dark side of online money making which i find parts of it prety cool and i dont mind some of the stuff i know hes up to
but not this - this is pure out scamming another person! and cant be tolerated and then to say that BHW rules say it is outside BHW it dont count WRONG this guy obviously found you threw your rep here as a mailer so approached you so it was your rep here got you the gig that you took advantage of
