If he is guilty (and probably he is, because now i know he was ban once here already, i remember that) because i contacted him for email teaching.
(His PM to me after Ban is lifted)
I was away for a few months, and right now I'm back and rocking. All of you guys sent me a PM recently for email consulting- I'm providing my service once again. I got over 100 messages in my PM box unanswered, sorry for the delayed reply

The outline has everything covered including hosting, software, IP rotation methods, how to evade spam filters, avoid blacklists, etc, etc.
I will then also give you an ebook which discusses how to structure your campaigns, email content, how to detect and avoid spam traps, whitelisting and also a more detailed explanation on how everything works.
After that, we can then discuss the method you choose and I will answer all questions that you may have regarding mailing.

This is clearly a very difficult situation.
If OP's bad mailing list has resulted into ruining Toyo's bot proxies network, who will pay for the damages caused by OP's non-opt-in mailing list?
Spamhaus (and other anti-spam sites) has been going after the mailers/ISPs big time.
Many data centers/top-tier ISPs who received the complaints from Spamhaus would result in imposing the fines against the IP users, even private proxy providers.
Just my 2 cents.

Well, if that is the case, Toyo could have tried a trial with like 1000 or so emails with less IPs...
He took the job, get the money paid to him... no if his proxies got blacklisted, this is nothing OP could do much with.
Its like you pay someone to cut a tree, if their axe breaks when cutting, then its not your fault. Is it?

The Messed up Part about it is Toyo has no conscience about the matter like he already accepted his fate. If he blatantly scam the guy of $4,000 be real man up take the consequences of your action and stop trying to use bhw rules as an excuse. Just because you did the deal outside of bhw doesn't change the fact your a scammer, and Whose to say you wont or aren't doing it to other bhw member's already? Honestly every deal i have done i have some RECORD of the conversation. That is your only proof you will ever have, and for him to say Oh my skype doesn't keep log's? Bull honestly he should be banned just on the notion of him even admitting that he did do the job and couldn't not produce evidence of the sending. Some people are just so near sighted and doesn't see the long haul and the potential $$$$ he could have made. and think he shell out $4,000 could you even imagine the amount he would have shelled out if you were able to complete the service? so for $4,000 you lost potential $$$$$ more lol ignorance is so bliss.
