This is definitely looking bad for Toyo, the obvious reason:

A.) He cannot clearly define how contact was set up with the OP and it's clear he broke rules and PM'ed.

B.) Dropping out of conversations when the questions become too hot to handle.

C.) Being rude to moderators is a BIG NO NO!.

The list could go on... if hands on heart the OP lost $4,000 then I feel extremely sorry for him and hope justice is served.. I could never con anyone out of $1.00 never mind $4,000... that is disgusting... that is if it is proven "toyo" did the evil deed.

My speculation is that toyo took on the job outside of BHW, but when his botnet started getting blacklisted so soon, realised the job was not worth it.. and figured that since it was outside of BHW, he would steal from a crook (the activities were illegal).

Toyo shouldn't have blocked him on skype.
OP shouldn't have wired $4000 to a stranger in one go.

Toyo's no scammer I did bussiness with him and got exactly what I paid for.as for the mailing part-As he said he did exactly what he was told and paid for so if the ips got canned quickly its not his fault the op didnt have a clean opt in list.
