I bought it and tested it for two days but I've since taken it down. Possibly we did not have the traffic volumes to trigger the viral effect. Possibly it was not working correctly, I would be interested to hear how other people are going with it.

All updates of the standard version of the plugin will always be free. It is the standard version which is being sold here in this thread.

There is a PRO version yes. But I do want to make it clear to others reading this post that the PRO version is NOT being sold in this thread.

The version being sold here is the standard version.

The PRO version has a regular price tag of $117 but we are offering customers who purchase the standard version a discount on the PRO version if they want to buy the PRO version.

So there are three options available to BHW members;

1) Buy the standard version for $47 (instead of $97) which you can install on up to 20 of your blogs.

2) After buying the standard version you can also buy the PRO version for $50 (instead of $117) which you can then install on another 20 of your blogs. This means you would own both the standard and the PRO version.

3) You can buy just the PRO version on its own for $117 (PM me for the link)


For anyone choosing option two it means you will own the standard version AND the PRO version for $97 ($47 for the standard version and $50 for the PRO). Remember, the standard version can be installed in 20 of your blogs and the PRO version can be installed on another 20 of your blogs.

The standard version and the PRO version cannot be installed on the same blog. Please only install one version or the other.

If anyone is unsure on the above then please ask me before purchasing.

The PRO version is able to post a 'like' for a URL of ANY site that you choose and not just the URL's where the plugin is installed. There is an admin panel for the PRO version where you can enter up to ten URL's that you want the 'likes' posting for.

This means you can tell the plugin to post 'likes' for sites such as static HTML sites, your YouTube videos, your web 2.0 sites, where you have articles posted on article directories.

Pretty much, if the URL is a static URL (not dynamic) then you can get the PRO version to post a 'like' for it simply by entering the URL in to the plugins admin section.

hey Shez,
as a potential customer, i think it would be much less confusing if you just offered:

-'lite' version that can only like the page it is run on (20 sites included)
-'pro' version that can like any static page (20 sites included) (discount if 'lite' already owned)
-extra licences for over 20 sites

not trying to tell you how to run your business, but something like that makes a lot more sense to me and wouldnt require all these clarifications to customers.

this way customers can use whatever level of service on however many sites they wish without risk of 'sharing' between people who havent purchased it.

under the current system, it sounds like a cluster-fark of confusion if you want to run lots of sites and are forced to have some under the normal plan and some under the pro plan and still limited to only 40 sites...

It was more simple than this when we first opened the thread as there was only one version, the standard version. Since then we have produced the PRO version and some members heard about that version so they started mentioning it on the thread.

That caused some confusion for some members who were not sure which version was being sold and for how much and which version did what.

Due to confusion being introduced on the thread I tried to clarify everything in the last post.

What I have found though is if you explain things in a short concise format some people will still have more questions to ask.

If you explain things in more detail and try to cover all possible questions that people may still have it can seem overblown and long winded.

I guess you can't please all the people all the time

Hi,

Yes, that's pretty much correct. With the PRO version you can choose up to ten URL's that you want the "likes" posting for and those URL's can be for ANY site, not just the site where the PRO version is installed.

Here is a screen shot of the PRO admin panel where you simply enter the URL's that you want the "likes" posting for.

You can choose URL's for things such as YouTube videos, Drupal based sites, HTML sites..... any URL of ANY site you want

So I bought the plugin and I'm testing it. It looks like the post made on my FB profile works fine but the image chosen for the post is totally wrong - sometimes it will be one of the ads I have on the page. Is there any way to manipulate which image is associated with the post?
