Content: The content is of very good quality. If I was a reader I'd definitely read till the end.
Keyword: Keyword is well researched and easy to rank for.
Design: Impressive design which I didn't expect. I thought it was gonna be the same old white bg plain graphics stuff which turned out to be wrong in the end.
Report: There was a well organized report at the end of the completion of the order.
Support: Excellent. He answered every question I asked him. I was surprised when I came to know he was younger than me (I'm not that old). He really knows his stuff and has a mature head on his shoulder.
The site was already ranking 13 when it was completed. After some SEO push it ranked 8. I don't think much work is needed to rank it 1/2.
