Most people do not use XRumer correctly, there are a few things to take into account when using it...
1.) Stop using "free forum lists." I don't even bother reading threads with the words "free back links" in the title.
2.) Create your own unique linking profile. Meaning use Scrapebox to find your own forums instead of paying for blasts or buying/downloading link lists. Do you want to be in the EXACT same neighborhood as 20,000 dick pill websites? Besides, after you've done this for a few websites, you'll have a huge stockpile of high PR, low moderation, high success rate link lists and you can then take those and "spin" them for MORE unique link profiles.
3.) Stop XRumer'ing your homepage. That's pretty silly for a few reasons.
.....A.) Your competitors can *easily* see what you're doing in your campaign. I love coming up on competing sites that utilize nothing but forum profiles. Cakewalk.
.....B.) If something like Panda greatly devalues or even blacklists many sites using forum back links... You need to be able to cut your ties with those links quickly.
.....C.) Why do you want 50,000 0PR websites pointing at you? Why not have 5,000 4PR+ websites?
4.) If you are going to XRumer your homepage, do it right. XRumer a buffer/test URL with the links first... Blast your homepage with only the quality sites where the links stick.
5.) INDEX YOUR LINKS. There's lots of ways to accomplish this. Be creative. But if you don't index them and keep checking to make sure they stay indexed, then there's no point in using XRumer at all. You could probably get better results by hand for much less hassle.
6.) Randomize EVERYTHING about your profile. The name, the about me, everything. This is all built into XRumer, you can easily load a random term from a text file in ANY field. Learn all of the commands before you run any campaign that's not a test.
7.) Keep your links REAL looking. You can't blast the exact same keyword and expect Googs to believe that 20,000 people happened to ALL spell your keyword exactly the same and link it to the exact same page. Vary everything, including your anchor text, landing page, spelling (misspell some stuff. it happens seomtimes.)
8.) Keep your links related. There's so many profile back links that I check out and it's obviously spam. Unless there's some zany character out there who owns a ceiling fan/fish aquarium emporium (I can just imagine his commercials.. How whacky is that guy?) Are you blasting links about USB Flash Drives? Well then why is there a link for coffee mugs right next to it? I can't say for certain that Goog takes this into any type of negative account, but it's one more thing about many XRumer campaigns that is not natural looking.
9.) You can't expect to just run any specific tool and get top notch results. Use it IN CONJUNCTION with other tools. I've heard of SENuke X and XRumer together doing some pretty intense stuff. If you're relying on only one aspect of SEO to get you where you want to be and to stay there, you're always going to be fidgety when Goog updates their algorithms.
