How can I increase my position in yelp

Hi I'm wondering how you go about increasing your possition in Yelp.com is your ranking based on amount of reviews? Or What?

I just had a quick look and I would imagine its based on user reviews. So you may well need to hire a programmer to make you a bot and give your site 20+ reviews per day or something.

Make a blogger blog about your site and then make a bullshit article asking your "readers" to go and review your site on yelp. This way you can use it as the referrer to yelp, so all the reviews look legit and they dont wonder why all your reviews come from new accounts.

Bots won't work for new accounts on Yelp. They sandbox new user reviews. Best to pay a few yelp elite users on fiverr or craigslist.

think ahead. get 1000 accounts made now. then in a few months if things dont work out on fiver, you will at least have aged accounts you use on yelp doing your own reviews ;~)

Yelp also looks for keywords in your reviews. So if you get reviews containing the keywords you are SEO'ing for, your ranking will move up in Yelp when people search those keywords.
