When I'm hungry I get agitated, impatient, and I lose my concentration easily. I snap for the smallest things. Obvious solution? Have a meal.
The problem is that when I eat, I get incredibly sluggish and lazy to the point where I fight through the rest of my workday rather than enjoy it. So I lose no matter what I do. No food = angry and impending death. Food = tired.
I've been told to eat small meals spread out over the day rather than a few big ones like I do now. The next thing I need to know is what to eat and when to eat it. That's where you come into the picture.
Do you have any recommendations for books/websites about how/what to eat to stay alert and productive?
