Received the same email about re-submitting, so I did right away. Been waiting 10 days and they still haven't filled my order. Sent a message to support and yesterday got a one line message from the V.P. in poor english that didn't even make sense. I responded and still haven't heard from him. Another message about filling the order hasn't even been responded to. Is this place a scam or is their customer service just really that bad?

50% are anchor text links rest are raw URLs. Google gives you credit for the good mix which looks organic rather than all one type which is fake looking.

Got the report finally after some anxious days as the service provider is apparently 'overwhelmed' by the orders. Quite understandable considering that besides BHW and maybe other forums, the service is being advertised heavily via adwords as well.

Report contains no anchor text, only just plain url's which is not what was expected.
Secondly the pages where links are placed are all PR0. Sure the domain PR is high, but I don't see any value of links being placed on pages with PR0.

Don't really see how this could result in building up an authority site.. unless by a miracle there is a serp movement.

A lesson well learnt, and no thanks, won't be using any of the other "services" that you are trying to pitch in your emails.

This cannot be. The report has LINKS to the pages where we placed your backlinks. Did you go to the pages and check there itself? You will see more than 50% are keyword based links.

Actual Page post page rank is not critical . Its the domain rank that plays a good role plus these are edu sites and so you get trust. This is a known method. Also, PageRank is not an important metric anymore... not as important as it once was.

Ok I received the reports. I would say quite nicely done. Checked about 10 sites randomly and they were still there. Just that many of them had no anchors but since I'm trying to strengthen my main page, I think it's not too bad at all.

Overall I'd rate them 8/10 for quality of work, just took out some marks for timeline.
