I've got a few sites up and running, but was looking at having a whole web of them on different properties, different hosts, etc. I'm sure a lot of blackhat stuff is throwaway - you set it up and ignore it. I'm interested in tracking my white hat sites. I want a zoo of them - a variety that requires different care and feeding.
How do YOU keep track of all your sites? What I was thinking I might need to track:
Note that I'm posting this in white hat SEO - only because I'd want to invest in these sites and keep MOST of them white hat. But I'm sure a few blackhat sites will be worth building up.

- Type of site (web 2.0, self hosted wp, Wordpress, etc)
- Access details
- Where is IP registered
- Type of content (autoblog, manual postings)
- Keywords (per page and per site?)
- Notes (for what I did to it - which backlink services)
