Hello guys.
I am getting always good (till now) buyers for my products, since product is form of electronic delivery through email. But what if future new client will take products from me and will file dispute over paypal?

Is there any kind of safety so we can accept payment from new clients as well?

I heard paypal always support to buyer to get their money back but what about us?

I need your reply guys.

waiting to get help from all of u.

Extra additional info- If I will withdrawl money for my bank account and after getting dispute by someone for balance. then balance will get reversed from bank account? or just from my paypal?

really silly question but I think its important....

The only thing paypal loves more than money, is YOUR money. If you can prove that you delivered the product and it was "significantly as described", you shouldn't have too many issues, especially if you have a refund policy.

Well, Actually We are providing services and yes we have refundable policy too but I'm getting payment directly from clients, Not other ways where I can describe everything. but I am sending them emails with all note individually.

withdraw all money asap to bank acc and keep lots of garlic around the money in your acc to ward off hungry paypal money vampires

But man I think paypal get reversed those balance from bank account too.

I am just wanted to clear everything before goes with paypal. Afterall we all are earning money by spending lot of time and with hard works..

With PayPal you can't really protect your money...
Just be within the laws.

Even if you transfers the money to your bank account, PayPal will always take it back, as written in their rules (although this is rare).
If a transaction is disputed, the seller have 99% chance of losing.

Paypal will side in your favor if you're selling a service. They only look at products when it comes to disputes. If you're emailing something to a client, your selling a digital product.

If you give them something, that is your product. If you do something, that's your service.

what if you add money to your bank account then with draw the money then close your bank account!

Lol. In my opinion they do not respond, unless a large amount...
I'm sure they have good lawyers ready to act.

A few years ago with eBay, they sent me a note of justice because I forgot to pay ?8,50 fees...

Paypal is criminal (especial in some countries) so be aware.

- Only use fake accounts

- Whithdraw money every day

The problem is that even if you have a legit business they will shutdown

your account if to many people have complains. So i remember a guy
who selled custom made landscape pictures he writes that it takes 30 days.
A lot of people does not notice that so he complains more than a usual paypal
seller. That was enough to freeze and suspend his account.

So that i call criminal and they are a lot of more examples.

Search at Google for "paypalsucks". Take a look at the first result.

Never buy anything that is digital unless you are 100% sure about it. They scammed me out of over $1k because they don't do buyer support if the goods aren't tangible.

Use stealth Accounts. Transfer funds daily from your stealth accounts to your main accounts then withdraw it as soon as possible.

Paypal ALWAYS supports the buyer when the good or service is virtual, if it's physical and you have proof of shipment or something like that you will probably win.

As a seller of digital products, I have had several disputes and claims filed against me and it has been resolved in my favor everytime. I simply state that their *digital content* was delivered via email, and I copy and paste the email that was sent to the buyer. Paypal's policy is to not protect a buyer that purchased digital goods so this is pretty much the best business to be in with paypal.

As of them reversing withdrawals, I've never seen that happen. I had an account many years ago where they refunded some buyer's payments and my paypal balance went negative and got limited, but never did they take money out of my bank account. Maybe things have changed since then.

This is completely false. Please read my above post. I've had at least 10 disputes/claims this year that have been resolved in my (seller) favor. As soon as Paypal gets involved and does a review and learns that it involves digital content, the case gets thrown out.

Withdraw your money with exchanger.
Although this is illegal according to paypal.
