Is it possible to Penalize a website in Google?

Hi. I was working with an organization for a few months on their website. doing SEO activites..after 3 months i left the job n they told me that i cannot leave job before 6 months...but i did n they hold my 1 month salary. Now i am planning to do something with website.

ruin their website ... penalize it ... destroy their current rankings...

is there any black hat technique for this?

If you do that you're the one who's accountable for what happen, since you are the one who manage for web promotion you are responsible if website is getting banned on search engines. The best thing you can do, if you want to leave then leave is just one salary you can earn it from other jobs.

Get auto approve lists in the download section. Get around 2 million blogs/forums in your list. Blast the website.
It is very easy to deranked competitors these days although I don't really do it. But I have a lot of websites dancing because of xrumer so I know that you can also do it to your competitor.

I don't think anyone can help you. You don't have a good understanding of SEO.

No, I don't think YOU have a good understanding of SEO. Building loads of backlinks will only help in the long run, sure it could cause a sandbox or dance, but the site will eventually come back exactly where it's supposed to be.

You could try to blast their site with SB and some of the other tools and this might get them sandboxed for a while but (like others have said) it could come back out of the sandbox stronger than before due to your attempts to hurt them.

If you are really serious about bringing them down in Google's search results your best bet would be to use what you know about SEO to build other sites up above them. This will take more work and dedication to your cause but by doing it this way if you do it right not only will each page that you get above them in the search results drive theirs further down but it will make it even more difficult for them to get their site(s) back up to the 1st page. Since you have been doing the SEO work for them you already know what keywords they were targeting and which ones were bringing the most traffic and conversions to them so you should know which ones to target first to hurt them the most.

Gammbyt,you're right on the money.I have done this myself (got client to #1,they didn't pay) I used only scrapebox.I picked 2 sites on the 2nd page for their main keyword(same main keyword used for ex-client),they are now #1 and #2 the ex client site is nowhere,this happened over 10 months ago.

NO, you cannot hurt a competitor. Why do people say this over and over. If it was possible, we would have an all out war of websites trying to spam their competitors non stop. The only way I see it really affecting a site is if the site is brand new. Other then that, I do not see how you could hurt a site

WHy not take them to court and handle it properly? You want to do something illegal against their site and when they catch you, which they will because it's so obvious, then the least you'll have to worry about is your lost one month's salary.
