I am getting problems in indexing and ranking

My website is not getting indexed in google. I have different sub-domains according to every different country. Like the following examples -

/dk
/eu
/de and so on...

Content on every sub-domain is quite similar (not completely) but every sub-domain has different language. Also, the home page got a redirection to sub-domain

Analytics is showing hits, keywords etc.. but webmasters is crawling only one subdomain and leaving others. Whenever we check data online we are getting ranks on yahoo and bing but no ranking on google, everytime its 0. Please help us in this matter because our all seo efforts are going in vain. If we get the actual problem, we will solve it and run the seo again. But, we are unable to find the issue.

Internal SEO is probably bad. Do u have bots file and ready for spiders?

Yes, bot files are placed properly.

these are not subdomains. These are entirely different top-level domains.

a subdomain would be

mysubdomain.blackhat.com

are you meaning subfolders?

and what do you mean the "homepage got a redirection to sub-domain"?

You own a multi-lingual website...

In your case, content won't be an issue... Since, content on every sub-domain is in different language.

Work on your internal linking structure and create a good Sitemap and submit it to Google.
