PR Update 10/5/2011

But something is definately happening since all my PR 1+ domains are now showing PR N/A

Beware of the virus called Google Panda update 2.5..The disease caused by it is very contagious and is spreading from one website to other.Symptoms are severe drop in traffic and many others..

On a serious note Google Panda update 2.5 released this week and may be things which are happening in the day today IM world is only the after effect of the same so I guess we have to wait for the effect to stabilize only then we can actually come up with the conclusion of PR update and most importantly what Google has in store for us..

From Matt Cutts' Twitter account yesterday:

"Weather report: expect some Panda-related flux in the next few weeks, but will have less impact than previous updates (~2%)."

Maybe something to do with it?

they changed search by tbr, I edited my personal PR Checking script and it's working, still the same PR so there wasn't any update

I also get pr N/A with online PR checkers. but last version of scrapebox(updated today) shows the new PR

I haven't checked rankings yet, so I'll report back after, but wondering why you suggest this?

What third party tool has upgraded and now uses the new service?

This likely will be in coordination with a PR update, and it is interesting that it is just after the latest Sept. Panda update. I personally hope that this means they will update the pubilc reported PR every month after the monthly algo tweak - will provide invaluable data on what's working and what's not.

It seems that twitter is a mass of people saying that Pagerank is gone, if you have the Google toolbar installed you will see it hasn't what Google changed was the url and 3rd party app will have to update the query from :
