No not really, only tool that is working is Market Samurai for me. Perhaps there's an update with some parameters and the other tools haven't updated yet.

Google has stopped access to all 3rd party PR Checking tools. Only Google toolbar can show the PR as of now.

I checked three of my sites... all are UN-ranked with steve jobs, page rank is also gone ... traffic to the sites is as usual...

Whatever you do GOOGLE there are people who will crack you down

The PR only shows if you're using the toolbar through IE.

Also reason why MS is still operational, because they use IE.

The actual PR is dynamic and only Google has direct access to that. The PR shown by the toolbar is "accurate enough" so it still works for us.
