Build Your Own Proxy

I'm working on an info product to teach people how to build their own private, fast, dedicated proxy server. I don't have a "pitch page" or anything yet, but I do have a draft of the product.

I'd like to get some feedback for it so I'm happy to share it with the first dozen or so people that request it. All I ask is that you don't give it away to anyone else and that you tell me what you think.

You need a guide on how to configure a proxy so you could teach it to others? Then 'building' a proxy is wrong sentence. Rather than building, you're configuring your proxy

Actually it is pretty easy to get a proxy built up from your VPS (Windows). You will need a piece of software named "CCProxy". Run it on the VPS and you can change if you want MAC address filtering, IP filtering or anyone can access filtering for the target computers who can access that proxy.

Edit: I hope this is not build your proxy using "google app engine"!

Well actually, it was on CentOS so i used Squidoo, i think that's how it is called.

Its called Squid. Different packages come mostly pre-configured. That's what my guide is based on.
