I am an Indonesian, and now I've been working for 3 weeks
in an Indian company. Of course my boss is Indian
(a 40 years old man from India).

All communication is in English.
I have problem to understand what he say,
because he talk in Indian accent, and since my english is not good enough. Listening problem

Can someone help me to improve my listening skill?
Is there any website that I can download some conversation mp3s,
especially in Indian accent?

You can watch Indian tv channels that are in English and use subtitles to practice or get him to send you emails.

I am from India man.Yeah we have Indian accent you will get used to it as time goes on.In the mean time watch tv shows where Indians speak english(may be some celeb interviews lol)

There is no Indian tv channel in Indonesia
But some local tvs play Indian movies a lot.
Unfortunately, they all are dubbed to Indonesian language.

Big difference. I used to listen or watch american movies.
I can understand 70% - 80% what they say, without reading sub titles.
Listening to my boss saying, I understand only 20% - 30%.

i had an indian professor for English
wtf , so complex to understand and strange accent
only way is to practice man ..
in 2 week talking with them you should be fine

You could always buy hosting at a budget hosting company then ring their call center over and over again until you can understand them?

Yeah...you are right...and may be you don't know a fact that when we get high we even pronounce the works in a certain way that no body can even think of
