You make an effort explaining that rank changes can take time. I am perfectly aware of that and my critique is not that my rankings haven't changed.
My critique is that the turnaround time for my project is twice as long as advertised and that you have not informed me of this change.
Also I have no clue why you are so unwilling to send rapports as the steps in the process are completed. You will have to make these rapports anyway at the end.
Well, I would very much like a rapport for the work that has been done already.
I really don't doubt your service. If you deliver the service as described in the sale sletter I am sure that it is of high quality.
But please listen to your customers. I am not the only one asking for better communication and progress rapports. It will take less time to provide that, than to deal with disappointed customers with unadjusted expectations.
Here is some simple marketing formulas:
If you make changes to a product and > do not inform the customer then > expectations and product do not match = disappointment
If you make changes to a product and > adjust the customers expectation with information then > expectations and product match = satisfaction
I hope so. It will just take a little longer than expected
Now send a rapport and give me peace of mind.

By rapports you mean reports? If that is so, Ill have them arranged in the proper format & will have it delivered in a day
I'm making sure, that resources go in a proper way & there's no wastage. We're testing Zendesk to death & it'll be integrated soon, & instructions to use the support desk will be added, so you can almost expect a reply with 3-4 hrs.

Quick update from my last Review ... which gets no response or answer from entri3 ...
Kw1: still at #9
kw2: 56 --> 37
kw3: 55 --> 21 (greatly improve and I'm pretty happy with it).
What I also findout is that the Competitor which entri3 add in the web2.0sites along with my links are ranking a lot higher than me (#2 and #13 for 2 kws). I wrote a review a long time ago and my question hasn't got answered or even noticed. Why would you choose a Competitor site of mine to give him FREE Links which I paid for? And you only use 2-3 sites and give him more link juice then necessary when you can get like 10-20 sites to randomly choose from.
Also when I check the report you gave, many Modules are not completed. Please update me with some answers and information as I'm not receiving the treatment I thought I would. I was hoping the 1st kw at #9 going to be on top 5 but it has been 1 month and nothing change.
Please let me know how long do I have to wait.

It seems your speaking about further improvements. The rankings for our site has already improved before a month, when we sent the report & what your talking is about aftereffects.
You have to understand that a package has certain power & it delivers what it will based on several factors. To push it up more you got do another campaign until we have the desired position.
Your package was LAMSON & many have reported page 1 rankings with it. Some have their keys in page 2 or 3 where we need an additional campaign to make make further movements. SEO can be predicted but not accurately.
Regarding the competitor links we DO NOT choose your competitors BUT relevant sites. We're experiencing better results by using a raw URL with anchor text( from the lab results) so we'll be using raw URL of RELEVANT SITES for future projects...

Its been a few days now. I do realise that it was the weekend. But you did say momentarily.
We are quickly approaching 2 months for this and I would not complain if rankings are achieved.
So far, rankings are around the same. I only got a report for LamSon 1 month ago and pointed out some issues. You said you will check and never got back to me about it. You told me Tier 2 for LamSon began on 8th September but i don't even know if I should be expecting a report. So i don't even know if Tier 2 is completed?
You told me that Blue Star was halfway done on Sept 13th. There is no reason why I have no reports by now, or see any results from Blue Star for that matter.
Operation Chaos has not even begun, it seems. I sent emails to you but it seems that I only get replies when I post here.
Entr3, I do believe that I have been patient. I just want some updates and an expected date for delivery. Throughout this campaign, I have always left you alone to do your thing and only come to you when the promised date has come.
Can we please get this moving?

First of all, I'm glad that you replied to my concerns about my problem. My problem is that with this kind of investment (which I've never spend that much on any SEO work before this) I would like to see results. Concerning about the RELEVANT sites ... if that's your method, I don't ague,but all I want to see is RESULTS.
When I made the purchase, I kindly asked you to check out my site and see if I should use 1 url, 2 url, or 3 url to get the best possible results. You told me it's ok to use 3 urls. The results? Only 1 url get good result, the another 2 didn't move.
Also, if you check my report, many of the Modules are not done properly. I know you are busy with lots of orders but if you can't handle the existing orders, why accepting more?
btw, my keywords is not among the heavily difficult ones, not like I'm targeting "loans" or "credit card" keywords.
