I get your thoughts BUT you have to understand that your sites are ranking in the top 5 Already...
We have to make sure that they are PERFECTLY SAFE
It's important for us to make sure not a single rank drop occurs.
When the sites are "not in top 100" our pace is TOTALLY DIFFERENT & when it reaches page 1-2 we slow down it very much!
Our stuff is already ranking HIGH & it's our duty to watch every movement of it & proceed accordingly.
So your project is purposely done very very slowly indeed. You had a trust in me & ordered this service & you'll have that back!
But the thing is when you lose patience it really gets fuzzy.
Many sites have movements 2 weeks AFTER the work is fully done. Sites that don't rank in the top 100 suddenly get into the top 10.
Regarding the response time, many guys here get to you in over 4 days while I make sure that you have a reply back within 24- 48 hrs except in unavoidable cases.

Regarding the back links count it's a factor that is not to be seen.
Google has 2 types of counting links
1 crawling
2 indexing
Crawling is similar to indexing and the links are given credit & rankings are changed accordingly but the only difference is that it doesn't get included in the index.
Indexing is same as crawling with the difference that they get included in the index...

Entri, let me clarify a few things for you.
I know that it can take time to see the effects of SEO work and I do not expect fast rank changes. But I do expect that a service is delivered as described especially when it cost $547.00.
This is what you have described:
Turnaround time:
Operation LAM SON (15-20 days)
Operation BLUE STAR (OPTIONAL)(10-15 days)
Operation CHAOS (OPTIONAL)(13-16 days)
All together 38 - 51 days.
You confirmed that the work was started august 22. That is 38 days ago to day.
You say that less than half of the work has been done. According to your description the work should be almost complete by now.
Also, if you do these packages one after another you should be able to deliver rapports for the first one by now.
It could be that you are just behind schedule and that everything is alright. If so then at least say so.
You gotta get better at communicating and and live up to your promises. Otherwise your customers will be disappointed. It is better to be honest about delays than to pretend everything is fine.
I will advice everyone who is considering to buy this service is to wait until Entri has proven that he is delivering the service as described.
So far it has been more than five weeks for me and I have no indication or evidence that any links have been build.

Well, in my opinion it is all about adjusting expectations.
If you write that turn around time is 38 - 51 days customers will expect that, and it will lead to disappointment if it is not the case.
In my case it has been almost 40 days and ~50% is done. That means that the actual turnaround time will be 80 days.
Ad to that the statement that it can take a week or two after all the work is done to see results. That means three month before I can expect results.
How does that hold up with the expectation that is build in the sales letter?
I really don't mind waiting for quality work. But when you build up the wrong expectations it will lead to disappointment.
I am not saying that Entris service is a scam, not at all. A lot of members are reporting good results. But Entri could get a lot better at adjusting the customers expectation to reality. Otherwise he will see more post like mine and that is bad for business.
If a service take 80 days let people know that. And if it takes that long I suggest that some rapports are sent during the time period to insure the customer that the work is progressing.
I got no rapports, no rank changes and no increase in backlinks. Why wouldn't I worry?
