This code is still working.... just purchased a 3rd domain name just now... To make it work please make sure you follow the following

1. Do not use it on any of your previous accounts. Create a clean account
2. Use a different credit card or debit card
3. Make sure you enter the code in the right box in your shopping cart... this is found to the extreme right in the "Order Summary" box.

See below screenshot...note the date and time on the extreme bottom corner

Worked fine for me using an old account. BTW, having multiple Godaddy accounts means if they ever found out then they would basically suspend your accoutns and take ownership of all your domains for breaking their TOS. So if you want to take the risk for your sites that's fine but not good advise to give to others.
