Can I ask: Since there are at least 2 members here who didn't receive what they paid for, have you filed dispute in Paypal? Simply file as did not receive item. If 2 separate members in good standing with Paypal both file, then there is a good chance you will win the dispute.

I really hope, but here is not the end. 15 minutes ago one more member contacted me and he will send me all evidence against "richman"

He has also some screenshots that "richman" is also sbysoft, dika, admin john_carlos, jennifer etc..

He don't want to be involved in this (don't know his reason, but i will respect) but as soon as i get this i will post it here.

Every minute they are hiding more and more proof.
First they removed page from their site, now they removed thread on their forum about this $500 product.

It doesn't seem like a JV but i have been doing business with richman and honestly if he mysteriously learn how to code within a 3 week period of time, I just don't see him being able to code a click jacking plugin or any other plugin's for that matter. But i can clearly understand your points

What i suggest we do is have a mod or someone check to see if his paypal account is banned if it is . Then we have our answer that it is indeed a scam and richman should either refund the money and or be banned... plain and simple

actually, he has been able to code php for me as well. richman's coding team isn't just one person, afaik he's only the project manager. it seems that richman is a little more than a "reseller" here, but the only thing that's a bit weird is that I know that the paypal address above is not his based on dealings with him. I also attempted to send money to it and paypal never said that "this seller can't take money at the time" meaning it's not likely to be limited.

To clarify: They are separate PP accounts and as such there is no point in asking if his personal PP is locked. The evidence at hand is pretty obvious that he's involved somehow, it's just all muddled. It's up to richman to clarify the details or face being held accountable for everything.

I can confirm richman is legit for design work, not sure about anything else. But honestly why would you buy such plugins promising instant riches? They were bound do be fake.

after initiating my paypal dispute they denied it and claimed I had to follow proper procedure which was to use their forum to PM some phantom jennifer and request my refund because they had to disable my licenses.

well guess what it's been a week or more and no responses from this jennifer..lol

no one and I mean NO ONE on the forum there responds to your PM's about this matter and that includes sbysoft/tom/Gideon Harmawan/jennifer/admin.

actually I gave up trying to figure out who these folks really are anymore.

I escalated this to a full blown claim so will see what the deal is.

these bastards sure took a lot of folks for a ride that's for sure.

2) How did you end up deciding to promote his site/plugins here?
3) Did you actually do any of the coding on the plugins?

- His paypal is not blocked nor paypal on nextplugin is blocked. They made fake image just to avoid refunds.

- If he was good in doing business some time here doesn't mean nothing. Today you can't just come and in first day sell $499 scam. You need to become reputable before doing some like that. And that is case here.

they asked me, if I could promote the fb plugin. they promised to give a commission of 30% of each sale. no more, no specific agreement. because I think he has a good reputation in the local forum, I intend to help them.

Have to agree with A_Tjuh...if someone I'd done business with was getting my name dragged through the mud, and threatening my business and reputation, I'd be on them like stink on s@#$ finding out what the deal was...not just throwing my hands up and saying I did X-Y-Z but it's not my fault...

I give them an email, I think they already have a conversation.

I also have contacted the owner of nextplugin, I told all of this, they said they were troubled with the paypal. They promised when the problem with the paypal is completed, they will pay it immediately.

I even forced them to go into this forum.
