I will make a point about doing business OFFSITE with people from BHW: Always get the member to message you through the forums to clarify that they are supporting the offer/product/service. If the member is not in charge of the paypal account you are sending money to, it is hard to hold them 100% responsible if things go bad. Get them to tell you through PM where to send the money.

Marrrko, do you believe that Richman is the person who got the money? Or do you think he is a business partner of the person who got the money? What is your proof of that, either way you think it.

Also, this might be a good time for mods to clarify something:
Is it legal on BHW to sell your signature space? Maybe we should introduce this as a rule for future issues like this?

Also why he removed everything which is connected to him, to his work?
If everything is so clear than let it go, don't remove it. Don't you agree?


Also please take a look of his thread and his link, and link to this "mastermind group" that telling you nothing? It's so obvious.

And one more thing, i am here since 2009 on BHW and in IM almost 10 years, simply i can smell scam...

All anyone has to do is look at the original thread posted by the OP. I read through it and seriously Richman makes it sound like he's writing the script himself. Every post of his says "I will" make this change or that change or add that feature. Everything is "I", "I", "I" until the last post where he claims he's just promoting a product and not involved with it. Until that last post I would have assumed like everyone else that this is HIS product. Nothing in the earlier posts says he's working with a 3rd party and everything he wrote says he's making the mods.

This is the problem with jvs. Richman was obviously in this with a partner and the partner crapped out. That doesn't relieve the liability for the advertiser who promoted this program, kept the thread alive and said he personally was making the changes and doing the coding. Sucks when it happens but own up to what really happened and because of your good reputation and quick responses to the thread at least a couple BHW members got scammed because of your poor choice of a partner.

If you had been honest and said it's a 3rd party you're working with and it's a new partnership then I think everyone would have been more cautious. To promote this as your own product with your good reputation then you need to admit your promotion inadvertently cost some people good money and yes it is your fault even if you didn't get the money. You promoted it as your own product and members thought because of your promotion they were buying from you. That isn't their fault but rather yours.

JMHO and I hope everyone gets their money back.

I was a freelance nextplugin fb plugin, but I do not know anything about the mastermind product are you talking about, or about your transactions with them.

about my name on their website, I was given a commission to sell their plugins. only to the extent that, nothing more.

I've given you their email, and I see you are communicating with them.

if you have a problem with nextplugin, contact them via their email.
I will help as much as possible, so that's your problem with them can be resolved.

I never sell a product mastermind group or a FB likejacking in BST forum thread.

Why would someone pay for the plugin on their site and then PM you here to get access?

If you were reselling their plugin then that wouldn't be the case, they would handle everything and you wouldn't need confirmation.

Also, if it's your plugin as you've claimed in previous threads; why would you only accept a commission?

So its evident he was working with a third party jv on this. What i believe is this the third party is use richman's status and itrader get customer's and rich would get a percentage out of the cut by posting a Product in his signature. Now as its evident something went wrong and what probably happen is that the jv partner probably still has those links up and baiting customer to pay for a product which currently isn't usable. Which now Richman is being held responsible for. So if something did change on the site its probably richman noticing that his name is being slander due to his jv partner.

Can I ask: Since there are at least 2 members here who didn't receive what they paid for, have you filed dispute in Paypal? Simply file as did not receive item. If 2 separate members in good standing with Paypal both file, then there is a good chance you will win the dispute.

This looks very bad for Richman, especially since his BHW ID is on that cached page, and he took it offline in attempt to cover his tracks.

No matter how you slice it he is responsible, either he allowed someone to use his name in which case he is on the hook, or he is directly involved in this mess.

My point is:

- if you sell someones else product here then anything else you will sell in feature could be 3th part product (JV)
- if they don't ban you now that means you can do next stupid JV and took more money (but I still don't believe this was JV, but that you are one behind scam)

It shows Sep 14...and I was talking with him on skype on Sep 11
and he told me at that time the same...that his pp is blocked.
