I meant that the users arent added from "Add me" groups and pages where mostly farmville/mafia wars people hang out to get more neighbors for their games. Hope this clears it up.
Yes im using different phone numbers and im changing my private proxies changes frequently.

Yes, but some people able to manage them on usa dsl lines too. They were created on usa proxies, and being verified on the same type also.
