I have ordered 1 platinum package on 08 23 and recieved a report on 09 02, so it took 10 days to complete the order. That is quite fast I think.

I have quickly checked the reports they sent me but I don't care what is written there. The main thing that interests me is SERP movement and at the moment I am very disappointed but I hope it is just Google dance and position will increase later though 4 days have already passed.

As you can see that more than 70/80 percent of the links are created after you experienced a sudden drop in your ranking which was on 2011-08-31. Of course we did created web2.0 and blog posting before 2011-08-31. But I highly doubt that some few backlinks from web 2.0 sites and blog posts could have affected your ranking. and if that would have been true then our service would have hundreds of clients complaining about that.

I am just defending my case here cause I feel its a little unfair on our service, especially when there had been some good reviews.


Well to be honest i am not sure if your site has lost its ranking because of my service. There are so many factors that could have resulted in sudden loss of ranking. I might be wrong of course but i ll give you the benefit of doubt. I fully understand your concern. Just give your site a week or two (4 days seems a bit early). If you feel that your ranking dropped due to my service, just shot me a PM/mail within your transaction ID and I ll give you full 100% refund(no questions asked).

Thank you for responding. I was expecting very much after reading all these great reviews but we both see the results. I haven't been doing anything else to the site to see what results I will get with your service. Even if my website won't reach higher SERP's than it was before your service I don't think that 100% refund would be fair in this case because the job was done good, just the results weren't that good (I hope they will increase anyway ) So 50% refund would be enough for me but we will talk about this after 2 weeks if the results won't change.
