Dubstep fans, listen to my stuff!

Hey! As some of you may know I do monthly "dubstep" projects. Well, you decide if you want to call it dubstep or not, I prefer sticking to my own style :biggrin: I'm not sure what to call it actually, but it has bass.

So this is my latest, "Burned Chapters", which I'm actually pretty damn happy with. I'm not the best producer as I'm pretty new to it (been producing for a year or so, but nowadays I do it almost all the time which I didn't before).

Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it! Currently I'm using FL Studio, it does the job. But yeah, I know I know.. It's FL Studio. I'm actually about to learn Ableton Live and move on, also buying some equipment soon.

I do all the stuff by myself. That includes creating basslines and synths. You can probably tell I'm not so good at mastering, though. I'm exporting a 320kpbs now by the way, I'll link it in a sec

Ah I was going to suggest dont leave to download mate, always get feedback for a couple of weeks them give for download

Once you put up for downloads no record label will touch it

P.S: Don't put your music up on youtube, it's easy to download songs from there

Not great but not terrible.

Part of it seemed a little pointless, like the little chunk starting around 2:43. On the other hand that segment from ~2:55 till the end was pretty darn nice.

I think an area you might focus on next would be building more of a narrative (pretty important, I think, especially in instrumentals) to your songs. It felt like it had a pretty simplistic structure.

Actually putting a low quality version is ok, I do prefer clips to full tunes

Only put low quality online so djs can't play it on a loud system because it will sound distorted and shite
