Got few questions here after getting some domains using your IFN:
1. Will I get into trouble for promoting this URL with trademark? What's your experience? I already get an EMD domain with specific product using IFN. I think I gonna monetize it using amazon...
2. What platform you suggest me to use to build my site? Wordpress? If using WP, do you have special themes/plugins that can do wonder for promoting with this EMD domain or scraping from desired product from amazon?
3. Can adsense ads be used on the same page with amazon ads?
Please advice...

1) That really just depends on the company. I have a few sites with trademarks in the EMD. I haven't got in trouble, though. So yeah, that really just depends.
2) I'd defiantly say for for Wordpress. For the theme, check this out..
See if you like it, the download link is at the bottom of the thread.
3) You shouldn't have any problems, as long as other ads do not look similar to Adsense Ads.

Maybe i just beat you to it. How long ago was it registered? Before it was shown in IFN or after?
It was registered 2 days ago. But in IFN table, the .com is in a GREEN check. Well I found some case with IFN. Some also saying it's in RED color, but it's available for snapping. So it's not accurate sometimes...
We try to be as accurate as possible when it comes to domain availability, for that reason we query the WHOIS servers for every single domain, which is about as accurate as you can get.
But due to the amount of domains (~ 3 million), we cannot pre-check all of them for you, so why try to check all the recently added ones for you and check them daily.
I'm looking into some optimizations concerning this, that may allow me to drastically improve the performance of our domain checking (which already is pretty fast).
So if you are looking at a keyword, to make sure you have the latest data concerning the domain names, push the "Check Domains" button, and that will check those domains if they haven't been checked today.
It's hard to be perfect, but our goal is to be accurate, and I thing we don't do too bad
