Well I joined Itches for Niches last week, and so far I have been impressed with this great application. It provides what it states and it's very easy to work with. I can now find new niches in a matter of few minutes.

This toll really does work.

My rating: 10/10

My suggestion: If you can add Local Search Count in your next update

Do you have a roadmap? When will the competition show up on the main search results page? Right now you have to click for every word, would be much cooler to see a color coded symbol (like monetization icon) for it. Maybe let users input a threshold for their green keywords. (build a number that represents the top 10 competition difficulty, then compare that with the users threshold: competition<threshold=green, otherwise yellow or red)

You can actually not buy the trademark domain but still optimize a site for a trademark term by building an inner page for that term.

Example "Lexmark Printer"

Buy "printerguide.org"

Build a page "printerguid.org/lexmark-printer/" and build links to that using anchor text "lexmark printer".

Provided the competition is low, you'll rank, without having to worry about C&D.

Make sure you do your SEO analysis properly though, look at backlinks, PR, Domain Age, and On Site optimization of the Top 10 urls for that term.
