Ok Here is Dissected Version of what I got. Turnaround time its grate. They Work one thing at the time, meaning - first they build web 2.0 then wiki links etc, 2-3 days between runs.
Pros: Very professional, I like fast response from support and you can monitor report also wikis, and edu/gov links are grate. George is very friendly and stand up guy, I talk with him on skype and he give me few suggestions, I even consider investing with him, he offer to help me a lot. This Service have potential.
Cons:
Drawback it's web 2.0 it could be better (if any gets deleted, contact them and they will replace it), they are little pricey but if you use a coupon you are good to go. I learn a lot from this experience my serps defiantly gone up.

Keyword 2: from 0 to 6 5,950,000 competing pages
