Would it be effective to manually create comments on High PR blogs with a flood of anchor texts?

For example:

<a href"1">One</a>
<a href"2">Two</a>
<a href"3">Three</a>
<a href"4">Four</a>
<a href"5">Five</a>
<a href"6">Six</a>
<a href"7">Seven</a>
<a href"8">Eight</a>

Assuming that the comments don't get deleted in the long run, would this be effective for all the URL's being targeted?

I see it happen quite a bit, any opinions?

If you are making 9k a day, surely you must already know this?

LOL

I have seen a lot of drug sites spamming blogs that way. I think it does give the juice to all the links however the outbound links on that particular page is also increasing, so the effect will be very less on each internal page.

I've been doing SEO consulting for over 8 years now and I know Google inside out, it takes Article Submissions, Directory Submissions, Web 2.0 Properties, Blog Comments, Forum Profiles, RSS feeds, Social Networks, Social Bookmarks, you name it, I believe that diversifying backlinks and consistency is exactly what Google looks for when it comes down to rankings. Advanced multi-tiered backlink structures are proven to increase rankings dramatically.

Tiers of diversified random activity does definitely work. There are different strategies and methods on getting keywords ranked.

So you know the INs and OUTs of Google and yet, you don't know about Commenting and Anchor texts?

It was a question, is the strategy effective yes or no? If you can't contribute why bother posting.
