Need Help! Panda killed my site :(

I don't know who else got super affected by this but as of Monday, my site went from a PR3 to PR1 and my organic traffic dropped to half!

My site is a product engine site like Shopwiki or TheFind where I post affiliate datafeeds (I work on them a bit to make them unique content) but I don't understand how their pr stayed the same while mine got destroyed!

Will someone here please send me a pm and I can give you the url. I am totally lost and I am not sure what to do next after this stupid Panda update.

I would really appreciate any help given.

Try building some quality links. Visit my thread and try this. I once got off from sandbox with this technique.

If you truly got hit by Panda then, in my opinion, in order to get out of Panda you will have to revamp your business model for that domain. I have stated before, and fully believe, that Panda is a filter and not an algorithm change. So if you are in Panda you'll stay in Panda until 1) they run the filter again and, 2) your site has changed enough to get you out of Panda.

Now, quality links DO matter...much more than quantity. But quite frankly, if your in Panda, building a shit ton of quality links isn't going to get you out of Panda. You need unique, original content...and lot's of it!

EDIT: Sandbox and Panda are two different things...sandbox is no return of your website in the serps...Panda returns your site but directly affects rankings...

EDIT 2: You need to do a deeper analysis to accurately determine if it is in fact Panda vs. sandboxing vs. some other issues...

If you don`t got tools for that buy some services.

Just keep producing unique content regularly with diverse link types. Also cloak your affiliate links from search engines. Encode the urls and don't allow indexing of them.

I do not know exactly how panda works, but I recently had some of it.

1 week ago I just added 4 translated articles (from english to my language) directly translated from google translator to my WP blog. 2 days later my homepage that was on #10 just vanished from G. Then after 3 days I just saw a single page of my blog ranking on #14, but the homepage itself was not showing anywhere.

Then I just deleted that 4 articles from WP and magically 2 days later my homepage appeared again on #10. Do not know if it is coincidence or not, but I did nothing more than deleting those pages. No backlinks and no fresh/original content.

Thanks all for your great advice. Most of my sites are built using affiliate datafeeds. I do manually add extra content to the datafeed content to make it more unique but still that didn't work.

Do you guys think datafeed driven sites are still a good choice of sites?

Stay clear of cloaking unless you know what you're doing, loosing a little of traffic because of the panda is slightly different to getting rammed up the backside by it!

Just nofollow the link and make the page look like its there for information not selling
