so hows everyones paypal dispute going. Seems like he put a response on mine as i just got an email saying that and that they will further review and make a decision.

HA HA I guess carsonrathi really got screwedddd ... Its called "Karma" I've bitching for almost a year on this forum that ZEerk "owned" by carsonrathi never paid for a couple of gigs I did on ZeErk at a time. I contact him several times he said he would take care of the problem, open over 10 support tickets and nothing. I even dm him directly on this forum and only answer once hes been hiding or decided not to respond and that I will forget about it, never paid me my 10 bucks HA HA now he is getting screwedddd. Sooner or latter its going to come back and bite you in the ass a lesson to learn here boys if you are a thief and run your business with "no integrity" is going to come back on you.... HA HA I am sure I am not the only one that got screwed by carsonrathi but your getting what you deserve. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE ALSO A THIEF A BURGLAR!!!! Keep the 10bucks you probably need more than I do.

I just got a response from PayPal that the scammer has replied to my claim and they need to evaluate the case now.
Will be hearing from them again.
If they let him be with our money, this will be a disaster, because we don't even have the product. So not only he stole the code, but also the money, by not delivering the product.
That is a serious offense.

well that's going to be hard since the person claiming to own this program has no integrity and this is probably not his own code. I would suggest waiting till the mods find out who the real programmer is.......wf is a good place to start looking for the real owner of the code......

Not knowing for sure the identity of the person in case here doesn't make getting the hair an easy assignment. And I don't think that the script can count as a belonging to him either given the circumstances
