Why do you need a landing page? Why not just get the ad approved - then redirect straight to the offer page?

so i dont get it, no matter what, youre gonna have to start at 0.60$ at the beggining and hopefully get a good CTR, which is based on your FB AD.

So make 3-7 ad variations to your one landing page/offer. use the best one out of all them and control it or tweak it more for better CTR, then fb should lower the CPC?

Seems like i would go through at least 80$ bucks just doing that and thats just for clicks. doesnt take into account if your landing page/offer converts. which is pretty much the two other wheels to this car because that is where to you need to make your money back.

Lol. Please read my previous thread, as I said this is a more advanced part of Facebook PPC. In my first post [I link to it in this thread] I say that Facebook's suggested bid is to trick people into bidding that price. I always start with a bid of $0.10. I never go over $0.20.

Hey FBD,

You mentioned earlier that you never place a bid over .20 cents. Is this for other countries, where .20 cents is a decent bid, or for U.S. traffic where the starting suggested bid is $1+? When I try to run ads, in the U.S., I cannot bid below .50 cents and even at that bid I only get like 300 impressions. Please expand how if the .20 cent bid is based on U.S. traffic. I must be doing something wrong, because it won't give me a single impressions at that bid level for U.S. traffic when first starting the campaign. Thanks for your time.

edit: also, do you need to put things like *conditions apply in your ad, or doesn't it matter because they're going to see it when they get to the offer anyway?

Has anybody actually made this work? I am still hung up on 2 things. With FB cracking down really hard on accounts that violate their policies, what happens when you change up the lander from an "approved" site to what FBD has for a lander? Has anyone been caught? If so, is it just an email stating to take the ads down?

FB has gone back into my account twice already to tell me my ads violate their policies and need to be taken down with 48 hours or the account will be closed. This was before I saw this method/idea by FBD, so I don't have personally experience on what could happen if they go back in a third time only to see my site is now a copy of theirs and using their trademark, etc...

My second question would be for FBD. When you mentioned you don't bid more than .20 cents, is that for international traffic? .20 cents for international traffic is a reasonable bid, but for U.S. traffic it will not give me any impressions. I've made several new ads and bid .20 cents, but never received impressions. What am I missing here? I cannot get any impressions unless I bid at least .60 cents, since the suggested bids are always above $1.

Any info from the community or FBD directly would be much appreciated. These 2 issues haven't been covered by past threads by FBD or otherwise, so I hope they can be addressed here. Thank you for your time.

1. I would wait a few days to change your lander to your black hat page.

2. It's for U.S traffic. Remember what I said, be as broad as possible. Choose different niches and interests.
