One quick question... Why wouldn't we just use domain redirect or even iframe. I'm using iframes all the time and they get approved as long as I don't use the wrong picture or word (like "get free xxx" - this one is hard).
Interesting. But I'm sure you know that CTR is the most obvious reason when clicks come cheap. In your testing, did this always happen when you increased your daily spending limit?

The secret to a low CPC isn't CTR like most people believe. Facebook wants you to spend money, so if you put your daily spend limit at something like $300, Facebook will give you a lower CPC than other bidders with a higher CPC bid. It sounds crazy but trust me it works like a charm!
