Comments on Blogs use "nofollow", how to do it then?

It doesn't hurt. All you have to do now is go out and get yourself some d0follow links. I mix n0follow in with my d0folllow so it looks more "natural". Imagine how it would look if your site got manually reviewed and every single link was d0follow

You either have to search manually or look into "Scrapebox"...either way will work.

For backlinking, nofollow acklinks are worthless. They won't give you any backlinking credit.
When it comes to refering traffic, nofollow backlinks works in a same way as any other ******** backlinks.
So, don't worry if the links are nofollow, they will definitly drive some traffic to your website.

no-follow issue does not matter. Just make sure you have your links on them. Search engines even ignore the no-follow tag sometimes.

Thats totally not true. It will help with rankings, it just wont pass page rank to youre site. Besides, you should have some no follow links anyways to look more natural.
Does that go for everyone or just him?

You've got to get a blend of both do follows and no follow back link to your site. But if you are starting off with your campaign now, then it is most recommended that you pursue the do follows first. ScrapeBox has to beat most tools out there for your job

Back on topic: I have a theory that the higher the PR the less weight is given to the nofollow status. In other words if you secure a 7 pr nf backlink, it will give you pretty much the same boost as a df pr 7 would. No 100% guarantee of course.

No, search engines, especially Yahoo!, Google and Bing respects nofollow and does not count them for ranking websites.
Some search engines follow nofollow backlinks for digging out good content associated with the links.

I'm going to have to ask you if you have any verifiable, credible data to back that up? Last time I checked, having a low number of nofollow links was a surefire way to not be doing so well in SERPS.

You could just look for blogs with the commentluv plugin because that will ensure the nofollow tag is removed.

i have to agree with rightintwo.
my backlinks are pretty much totally nofollow and every day i add more my google SERPS keep climbing.
and you will basically NEVER get any click through traffic from blog commenting; especially scrapebox style. might get a few if you find posts that are really active and highly related to your site and you battle through moderation by posting a thoughtful, well researched, and in depth, reply worthy of its own post...but common.
web 2.0 like twitter is all nofollow too...
