You can post on Craigslist, many customers do that. Scraping is also possible of course but you need the right amount of IPs for the job.
Sending emails is not possible as those ports are blocked, I think you'll have a hard time finding a private US proxy provider that allows emailing.
You might want to use an email specialized proxy service (likely somewhere in china or russia) for emailing and a proper proxy service for your normal activities.

I used seo-proxies in the past and they were ok initially but the last few months I have been very unsatisfied with them.
speed is poor ( or average at best ) 4/10
reliability is average 8/10
and the script you have to install is a pain 5/10
tech support/service is fine 8/10
So in summary, there are better options available IMO today
my 2 cents user experience

You are likely talking about another service ..
a) You do not have to install any sort of scripts or tools to use seo-proxies.com
b) In the past months there was not a single interruption in service, more than 100% availability can hardly be asked ?
c) You have the option to use US or EU entry servers, in both cases depending on your route you will receive full 100 mbps speed.
Likely you choose the wrong country but actually I'm not sure if you talk about the right service as there is no script you have to install that could be a pain.

Hey, I am having problems with craigslist for a while now. Cant post-keep on getting flagged. I know proxy's work, but will it work for the computer section of CL in NY?

I can't give you a guarantee for CL, the majority of the customers who try seo-proxies for Craiglist seem to have success and upgrade their licenses.
But on the other hand Craigslist is a "bitch", you'll have to find out.
I always recommend starting with a small-medium license and work on your ads until you see them stick, then you upgrade your license.
You should never post more than one Ad per IP per 48 hours when using private proxies.

I am new to proxies and I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding what I am purchasing.
I read this on your FAQ page
Do I receive a "proxy list" ?
In this webtool you can take IPs from the IP pool and manage your allocated proxies.
By default a license only allows you to run one proxy at one time, you can use API calls or the "rotate" button to change the IP of this proxy.
So this sounds like it means that even though I am buying 1 Proxy, I will have access to more than 1 IP address that I can rotate 1 at a time as I need to. Is this an accurate understanding?
2) If it is, how many times can I rotate my IP address in a given month.

Of course tickets/emails are handled immediately as usual but my activity here was near zero.
I'm in vaccation for one more week, then I'm back as usual here on BHW.

When ordering the first time it takes 24-48 hours except if my staff knows you are from here then there is no delay! (but you need to tell in your profile or by sending an email)
