as i said previous received full website in allotted time.
did on page seo (seo is not included, but i see he now includes seopressor)
did one link push
did some rss/ping

zero adsense
but
pr1

will update next week again.
again site looks nice and optimized
(vasilicaciortan i wouldn't mind if you took a second look at what i've done and you're comments would be cool)

don't forget you get 4 secondary keywords as well, mine are also integrated into the site

Honestly - It did take a lot more time than the stated 5-7 days and also had some issues with the keyword, site layout etc etc.,
BUT at the end of the day I did get the site made as per the description and Vasilicaciortan was very helpful and sorted out all the issues that I had and made sure I was happy that I got what I paid for. He did go 1 step further and explain everything in a lot of detail, things that I didn really have a great grasp on.

Hey sorry to come back here and put this in here but had to warn the buyers to do some diligence before accepting the domain name.

I got a EMD Domain .com from him and i purchased it, it also had 3 other related keywords and as per the deal he did deliver everything.

but however, i noticed a EMD .net with the same name and same theme registered on 22/7/2011. and the related keywords are the exact same, the IMAGES ARE THE SAME and the articles on it are VERY VERY Similar.

Now I understand there is NO WAY I can prove that it is him reselling EMD s with .com/.net/.info but the chances are VERY HIGH when the sites have very similar content and related keywords, EXACT SAME IMAGES and the SAME theme of the site.
and then for the buyer it comes down to who can spend more money on SEO and Content.

However as a word of warning for all buyers of Microniche Sites.. PLEASE PLEASE do check to see if there is an exact match domain that exists with either a .com/.net/.info designed for the same purpose with the adsense theme and 4 page content then you should go back to him and ask him to suggest another and as far as the OP is concerned, you are expected to maintain a list of domain/keywords you have suggested so you dont go out an resell the same shit to others.

Just got my delivery from my page:

Overall I'm very very pleased with the outcome. The EMD domain was a .org, and the .net is open (I'll probably buy it too when a godaddy promo comes out), and the .com redirects to another page that doesn't show up on google page 1 for the keyword search. The keyword was delivered promptly.

I had a huge hosting debacle that kept my site from being created. After I finally got it sorted out and sent him the details, he had my site up and ready in just 24 hours! The ads are well written in English, and are keyword dense.

He has answered all my questions in a timely fashion and has been helpful. The social bookmarking was delivered as promised as well! I'd suggest this service to anyone.
