Turn around time is awful. Ordered 6 articles for a test run and it's been shit. Communication 3/10. Turnaround time 1/10. Got a PM from OP stating articles are done and he needs an email to send them to (even though email is in paypal order), sent the email over and still haven't received it a day after the completion email. Can't comment on quality of articles because I have yet to see them. Like I said, communication is bollocks and you know what they say about first impressions right...?

Patience would highly be appreciated - We have time and time again stated on the thread, that we have issues in logging on to BHW. It takes forever to load and usually the website does not display. Thus we have provided our email address on each page of the thread for communication.
If you sent your email address via PM and we were unable to log-on to BHW, then we are unable to gain access to it. Had you emailed me asking why the order has not been delivered or asked for a status update, you would have received a reply sooner.
Quick reply and good communication can only be guaranteed if we the instructions provided are followed. Emailing me will get you the quickest response. Even right now, i've had to log-on using a VPN to gain access to BHW.

Right, I did send an email to you guys 24 hours ago ALONG with the PM on BHW .. and STILL no articles in my inbox. You got time to attempt to refute bad reviews, but no time to sent "completed" articles.

Did you mention your BHW user id on the subject field of the email?
In any case, we had been trying to login to BHW since the past two hours, and finally i managed to log-on and saw your message, which i replied to.

I just received my latest order of 25 articles from CreativeWriters. This is my third order from them in the past month. I'm actually surprised to get them as quick as I did because the subject matter was not very main stream. I've been using them for about a year now and they are my favorite content writers here. I suggest you use their email rather than pm them. I've had no problem with communication by email.
