What cpa networks to use with iframes?

hey, just wanted to know if any of you have been paid for getting leads from iframes recently? as i got about 100 leads to cpaflash from iframes that they havent paid me for, even tough it's first page submits

Yeah Right! PeerFly is not blackhat friendly.

He's not talking about iframing 100% of an offer. He's obviously iframing email submits, and only getting submits on the front page.
