exactly bro. I'm not going to make road signs......I'm sure you see these signs all over your town & they aren't illegal.

Depends what the rules are for the city you are placing them. We do this for our business and some cities are cool with it, others have Code Enforcement drive around pull them and issue tickets to the owners. Plus placing it on city property versus private property cus you can never know where the property line actually is unless you have the city plans.

It can bring in traffic though im sure just from people who are curious, but I dont know about conversions.

I think that guy is exaggerating, to put it lightly. Maybe he's a sign 'guru', like the 'syndicate' members.

I recall throwing up in my mouth as I commuted to Palo Alto - A giant Farmville sign gazes down upon the 101 South...lol. That was there for moooonths.

Advertising a free FB or iphone app would probably end well For apps, a sign ad will create a geo targetted campaign. For FB apps, geo targetted campaigns increase the chances of an app going viral.

Just my 2 cents - I like the other ideas more though, lol

One thing you can do that I am currently in works of trying is buying a few landline numbers from members here and hooking up google voice number to them. I will buy like ten numbers to test out ten offers. I feel everyone saying numbers work better is right. Just leave a message pointing to your link. With a good banner placement you could get good traffic. I would stick to job, biz opp, health and financial offers. Maybe insurance offers can work as well.

I.D.G.A.F about the code enforcement. This country is always doing something shady. I'm going to put up bandit signs all over town. I just don't know what offer to promote. I'll keep you posted on what happens.

We have no choice but to use bandit signs. I talk to people all the time and they dont trust the internet. I don't care what the landing page looks like. My daughter is 7 and even she says that "Win a FREE Ipad is BS"

So I'm going for it. If I get arrested. Than so what. It cant be that much to bail me out! No Guts NO Glory!
