- if they get banned, i am entitled to ask for new ones, or how does it work ?
- do i get a new ip list every month, or is it the same ?

On you site faq you speak about TOS, but i couldn't find it, can you post a link to it?

Yes, we have customers used our proxies for scrapebox successfuly. Please contact support after order. We renew IPs once per month after payment received. Just email support because they will not be changed by default.

Basically I want the ONLY method of authentication to be usernameassword as IP is going to be dynamic on my end.

Upon order you will receive your IP package and log in details. You need to set your auth IPs on admin panel, then set up IP and Port to your browser then you are ready to browse sites anonymously. You can order and let us know within 3 days and we'll give you full refund.

Had a few issues with my old proxies so I decided to give these guys a try. My proxies were setup immediately so I could get going on some projects that had been delayed. So far I have had 100% up times and great speeds.

Err, this doesn't really answer my question at all.

Can I have authentication WITHOUT entering IP's in the dashboard? I only want to connect to my proxies using the username and password.

Issued a refund request for my proxies (100). This isn't related to the performance of the proxies (as I never got to test them), but because of the fact that IP authentication is required for usage.

After using this service a little longer I completely changed my mind. These proxies are constantly up and down, pretty much equally as poor proxies that I had from squid. They answered my first complaint, then they just ignore me and don't care that my proxies are crap. At the end of my month I will be trying a new service.

I was hoping after posting here that someone would reply to my support tickets or maybe even PM me here and that my proxies might start all working, or you know maybe at least 90% of them would be nice. No such luck.

If mailing through browsers, yes it will work. We only provide HTTP proxies. For recurring charges, option is available upon registration.
