Got 3 times refund from scrapebox via paypal..

Hello there, i don't know why bt after payout of scrapebox licence, i got refunds each times i try to paid them. 3 times buyed 3 times refunds in less 48 hours
I contacted support and help but they never reply..

finaly got 5 times refund by them team, don't know what's the hell are they doing, and they never reply.

activation work only the first launch and nothing done after 4 days so goodbye scrapeshit.

The sbox team has been recovering from massive flooding in their region and hence support replies are being delayed

As to why your purchase keeps getting refunded by paypal, I don't know for sure, but I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the transaction is failing a fraud check (I'm not saying you are necessarily a fraudster, just saying that the deal sounds like a transaction failing a fraud test).

Their support is top-notch, and the development and improvement of the program is tremendous, so your little attempt at a slam about them not "knowing what's the hell they are doing" is forking ignorant.

My paypal is clean and verified, true informations for sure and never do BH activites on it.
Lol during 3 days i tried to buy the license after each refund. Nothing to do so..

there is indeed some problem with scrapebox server, It sometimes does not validate license then after few tries it validates.

So then you purchased from another paypal account, which we have no way of knowing if you have also used another hacked or stolen account. sounds for me like you are busted hahahahha , well their fraud filters seems to work ... well there can be a slim chance that you actually are real customer with real gaypal account used to buy their license and your one to getting mixed with fraudulent one even if that chances are S L I M

i say you just talk with them on here via PM. I had some help I needed before and that worked best for me! although it was a long time ago.

have you tried their email? that also works too. keep in mind it can take some time though for them to respond, they are in Australia

I actually understand your frustration, though my transaction with SB was actually very smooth and my issue ended up being a paypal one in the end as I was trying to buy something and I had travelled to UK and paypal account was setup in US, basically, different IP range issue in my case.

It may be worth just calling paypal to see if they can shed any light on it.
