What is your method for top 3 on Google?

Hi guys,

I'm new on this area (SEO ). I really need to understand how can I get top3 on Google because is frustrating. Can you guide me to some tutorials or can you share your method to get on the first spots on google? I've tried to search "my seo story" on this forum to see some methods but... nothing found

I'm so sad because i don't have results with my domains.

What shoud i buy? (services or tools). I want to do something like grey hat (white + blackhat = safe).

Go on the left and click on "blackhat SEO" and "whitehat SEO." Read the different threads. Do a search for "newbie" and after you sift through some threads you'll find some newbie guides. Anything that you don't understand just go to google and type in "blah blah blah seo." Look around man this forum has pretty much everything you need. I would start in this order since it seems like you already have your niche and website in place:
1)on page seo
2)link building

That's pretty much what most methods boil down to...Content is KING so make sure you have great content on your site and that your site is optimized for the keywords you're looking at getting into. Link building is it's own animal and I'd recommend you go to the buy/sell thread and pick up some link building campaigns with good reviews or you can always go to the "hire a freelancer" section and post a thread. If you want to do everything yourself then just read on the different link building methods.

I dunno much else to tell you except read. There are so many threads on here where they just give out all sorts of information.

Good keyword related URL, good content, good onsite SEO (and structure) and lots of diverse backlinks, but ensure you have great quality and niche related links too!!

So far what I understand about getting on the top of big G is this:

1. Build your site for specific keywords
2. Write great content your readers will love. (with Keywords)
3. Meta tags, descriptions, (basic on site SEO)
4. Off site seo - back link your url with anchor text to blogs and websites specific to your keywords.
