What do you mean "We can't tell you". It's YOUR account, and if they verified your authentication for the sake of the phone call, then you should by right have access to all information concernign transactions with regard to your account. Well, I think you should, anyway. Fckers.

lol just registered 3 new domains today lol with this fkers anyway ... highly recommend you all to take more care about your online security measures lol
1. always use one virtual machine for '' clean / legit / sensitive accounts ''
( never visit forums / blogs nothing from there ) just stuffs like paypal/ebay/plimus registar accounts and so on ... bank accounts even ...
2. main machine / main computer never have to be with no real antivirus protection , seriously mcafee is only one antivirus real from the market , was from years still stand to be the best one ! everything else like norton /panda or what you guys try to use it's garbage if you don't know what have to do a real antivirus , don't be lazy and go to wikipedia and start reading about this .

I saw even folks with years of online experience using garbage's like avira or some chinese made antivirus ... complete joke ! ...

I think I`m '' online '' since more than 10 years only once I got my computer infected when '' I love you '' was launched and that just because at the time I was on irc on dalnet and I click into one link just to see how's acting ! , since then never I had my personal computer compromised and trust me I have tested like 90% of crazy stuffs online )

Godaddy can't be so naive / dirty to list your domains for sale '' from mistake '' it's a multi-billion worth company lol ... hardly to think they even think to steal customers domains lol ...
I can't say godaddy is good , thanks god everyone knows they sucks ! big time ... BUT at least you can find cheap .com's there lol

Whenever I buy domain I used namecheap or name and if I buy old domain I asked the buyer to transfer the domain to namecheap. Cause Godaddy is sucks they just know how to show some tits

Guys, I just did a complete scan of my computer with Malware Antibytes and Mcaffee, and did not found NOTHING. So, I don't think I was hacked. I know something about security, it's hard to believe someone hacked into my accounts, because my pass are something like blachatgreat_ilove20111_*starttoday. So, it's hard to believe...


I already moved some of the domains to namecheap. Never used internetbs. Are they better?

I've never used Namecheap, but I am in the process of moving all my domains over to internet.bs from godaddy. I've been happy with them so far. Prices are decent and the privacy is free.

I think everyone will agree that just about anything is better than godaddy.

Both Internet.bs and NameCheap are ICANN accredited registrars. NameCheap used to resell domains via Enom and although they have become an ICANN accredited reigstrar their domains still appear under Enom in whois results. Both are good but I prefer NameCheap as they have been established for longer and they have great support. For some reason I feel more secure keeping my domains at NameCheap rather than Internet.bs. Then again, I've only got 1 domain with Internet.bs so I haven't had too much experience with them. Internet.bs are also cheaper than NameCheap but I still prefer them.

however, What happened to you scares me... I live in asia, it will cost me a lot to do inquiry or clarification by phone.

Ugh they always offer promotions so I am stuck with two domains on godaddy. I can't wait to transfer them over to namecheap so I don't have to worry about this crap. All I ever hear about godaddy is how they are pulling some shady stuff, never anything positive.
