Nah, I won't shut it down. I can provide all the info they're asking for. It just doesn't make sense to send me such an e-mail when I have received just a small fraction of what they're claiming I received. Also, when I click on "View limits" link, the values show up correctly there. It says that that I can still receive 1870 GBP this year, so where the fu*k did they get such stupid numbers to send me in that mail?

I know it's crap. I had around 10 paypal accounts in the past and all got limited (and later locked) for one reason or another. It's just that my customers prefer to use this shit other than normal systems.

I think there is nothing to fear. Even if you make money using black hat ways there is no reason for paypal to focus on your account. They will only focus to you if you steal other people's money and they request refunds etc.

They did. It's not a scam - I'm a network security pro and I'm very paranoid about my own ass exposure. Checked the headers - the mail's from gaypal.
