I love my Tritton AX Pro's, but they are a bit out of your price range. Logitech makes a good headset, as does Plantronics. Both for around $100.
I remember the tritton ax pro 5.1's back in the call of duty xbox days haha
Nice pair but i dont need the mic etc , Just some studio style headphones.
Thanks !
The beats suck. Get sony 7506 for that price or if you have some more money get the best headphones out there - audio technica ath 50. maybe even akg 240.
The mic is detachable, and the sound is effing amazing. Sounds like I'm sitting in a theatre. Can't beat true 8 speaker surround sound.
Closed back or open?.

You'll find all the answers you need there.
Just remember if you get a headset with a High OHM rating then you will need a pre-amp or a powerful amp to drive them.
Good luck. There is nothing better revisiting your favorite tracks and hearing bits you never heard previously.
Well thank you.
Please let us know which set you go for.
Should maybe have a little technology lounge here in BHW lol
That would be nice, however i'm afraid it won't help me a bit and it's exactly because of heavy usage of headphones/earphones + concerts/clubs if you know what i'm talking about. There is nothing better revisiting your favorite tracks and hearing bits you never heard previously.
