There is a new website that allows you to trade leads with other affiliates (you complete their offer in exchange for them completing your offer). Buying leads is risky and most of the companies are undependable. Who better to complete your CPA offers than other affiliates? Only problem with that is: If they are not converting (People aren't buying any of the offers), the advertise will warn the CPA network and the CPA network will remove you.

That is why you mix these in with legit leads, and maybe throw some junk traffic at the offer, too.

but here is a brief of info about it:
1) offers to post must be incentivized offers to avoid questions from your network.
2) preferred offers are: email/zip submit , download , surveys
3) i don't know if its going to be [US/Canada/Worldwide] or just [US/Canada]

I don't see there being a problem if you're using incentive offers.

But I think it's dumb anyway, OP more then likely just trying to get some referrals.

Actually not trying to get referrals as the website has no affiliate program. I am trying to help build the network because the more of us there are the more potential trade partners we have.

As far as the site being a waste of time I did 4 lead exchanges yesterday. I bought leads for years and made a great deal of money and I was only banned from one CPA network before I knew what I was doing.

actually the real domain has been bought from dot.tk as it is cheap.
plus, who want to join will join, who's not willing to, they don't have to join.

and as most people knows:
