you can't really use these sites for website evaluation without knowing the site's profit model. valuation based on adsense revenue is shallow research. i have a site that generates mere 2000 visitors a month, but it has a 15% bounce rate and 74% conversion rate. this tool says it's worth $1200...and $1300 for my competitor. heh, maybe i should call them and ask if they're selling

Ok so we know websiteoutl00k.com gives worthless results, so how about we stop posting more worthless values it spit out for X website and instead focus more on the useful and interesting topic of how they got that #1 spot for "make money online"? : )

yeah I'v seen this guy as well. I believe he goes by the Griz or Grizzly. He also has a make money for beginners blog as well it's on the first or second page for the term "make money online" as well. It's also with blogger. I beleive for noobs you can get alot of info for SEO there. It's actually pretty good...

BS...there is no way to get #1 for "make money online" with 40 backlinks...and PR3. And of course, checking myself i don't see this site ANYWHERE looking for "make money online".
Add: If it really would have #1 for "make money online" it should be worth FAR FAR more than $30k and change...make this $3mil for such a keyword. He would probably MAKE close to $100k month just by monetizing the search volume of this KW...so $3M would be rather on the low side even.
